Life at Codemill

Working at Codemill means being part of a smaller organization with great people that solves problems for the biggest media companies in the world. Our core values Enjoy, Explore, Care and Collaborate are a part of our daily work and sets the tone for everything we do.

We have a big focus on community and collaboration and we think that it is very important to make our co-workers feel comfortable at work. Our workplace is of hybrid character with the HQ office in Umeå, Sweden. Since we like to hang out and meet each other for social activities and team building events, we try to meet up in the same geographical location as often as we can.

At Codemill, we offer a generous benefits package including e.g. wellness contribution, flexible working hours and half days off before public holidays. We set aside time and resources for competence development and host the event Explorathon twice a year to make extra room for innovation and crazy ideas.

Codemill is connected to the collective bargaining agreement between TechSverige and Unionen - which sets the foundation for our employment terms. The majority of our clients are based in the US, so meetings after ordinary working hours are expected.
