The Challenge
Iyuno, a global leader in media localization, was tasked with migrating a massive Southeast Asia catalogue of approximately 35,000 titles into a single, global streaming platform. Their legacy Quality Control (QC) workflow was highly fragmented. Operators across different hubs had to manually download media, switch between disconnected on-premise tools, and manage long chains of manual file transfers. This multi-step setup created significant overhead and increased the risk of errors.
The Solution
To orchestrate this massive project, Iyuno integrated Codemill's Accurate.Video suite—including Validate, Subtitle, and Edit—directly into the SDVI Rally media supply chain platform. This shift replaced their fragmented process with a unified, cloud-native pipeline. Operators accessed a simple, secure queue where they could launch directly into Accurate.Video with all relevant proxies, dubs, and multiple subtitle tracks already preloaded in the browser.
The Measurable Impact
By removing the friction of disconnected systems and enabling operators to verify multiple languages in a single pass, the new workflow yielded incredible results:
- Massive Time Savings: Iyuno processed the 35,000-title library and completed the migration roughly two months ahead of the original schedule.
- 2.5x Higher Throughput: Productivity skyrocketed, with operators completing around 700 fixes per day compared to roughly 250 in the old workflow.
- Enhanced Security & Visibility: Content never left the controlled cloud environment, and management gained full visibility over the standardized pipeline.
- Business Growth: The overwhelming success of the project reshaped Iyuno's relationship with the client. Iyuno became the sole facility for the project and successfully won back additional media services work.
